All students must have acquired a credit or tolerance for at least 48 of the 120 credits of the Master of Transportation sciences during the last five years, including 4203 Research Portfolio
* Students who followed the bachelor of Transportation Sciences must have acquired a credit certificate during the last five years for '1615 Verkeerskundig project / Bachelorproef' to be allowed to start with this programme component.
* Students who followed the link program 'Transportation Sciences' must have passed for the complete link program to be allowed to start with this programme component.

The master of Transportation Sciences ends with a master thesis. Students elaborate further on the topic for which they set up the plan of approach during the course Research Portfolio. The topic is dependent on the specialization of the student, i.e. traffic safety or mobility related.
